Much like Gillian Jacobs, I struggle with my addiction to stripes when it comes to my wardrobe. I have the hardest time resisting great classic striped pieces!
Even more so than animal prints and florals, stripes are my go-to print of choice. And certainly the print I wear the most often.
There’s just something about stripes that instantly elevates any look all while being extremely easy to wear — one statement stripe piece can really be all that you need for a chic ensemble. Back last spring I invested in this Burberry trench and couldn’t have been more thrilled to find an impactful, neutral striped coat! So when I saw these delicious, matching pumps from Sole Society (one of my favorite budget brands — remember their striped poncho I wear constantly?), I just HAD to have them. Don’t they look like they were made for this coat?
Some of you may call this stripe overload but I call this stripe nirvana!
